01How to delete your account

You can delete your account yourself, without writing to us, from the app or from the web application.

• In the app: tap your profile picture or initials in the top right (Account) and choose "Delete account".
• On the web: sign in at app.agralon.com, open the account menu (profile picture in the top right) and choose "Delete account".

The process first shows you a summary of what will happen, asks you to re-enter your password and, once you confirm, deletes the account immediately and signs you out on every device.

If you own a workspace with other active members, you must first transfer ownership to another member (you can do this from the app or the web). If you are the only member of your workspace, it closes together with your account.

If you cannot access your account (for example, you forgot your password), first try resetting it at app.agralon.com; if that is not possible, write to support@agralon.com from your account's email address, with a subject such as "Delete account". We confirm your identity that way and reply within the legal time limits, at most within five business days.

02What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we delete:

• your sign-in data (email address and password) and every one of your sessions and device sign-ins;
• your account name and profile picture;
• your community profile (display name, country);
• your personal notifications;
• your own Market listings, with their photos and contact details;
• your Agralon titles or badges, your Pioneer entry and an unused Founding reservation.

From feedback you sent us, we remove the technical details (browser, device), any attached screenshot and the contact permission; the text itself stays with nothing that identifies you. On request we also remove mentions of you within the text.

Your Knowledge questions and answers stay visible without your name, as "deleted account", because other people have answered them or built on them.

03What stays in your workspace

Data your workspace keeps as a business stays there: jobs, assignments, reports with photos and signatures, quotes, invoices, payments, logs, customers and fields. The pilot record (name, phone) the company created stays with the company; only its link to your deleted account is removed. There your account appears only as an anonymous reference ("deleted account"). The company is responsible for that data; requests about it go to the company.

A workspace closed because you were its only member can be restored on request within 30 days, only with a new account using the same email address; after that its contents are permanently deleted.

04Retention

After you delete your account, we keep the following for a limited time:

• backups: overwritten or deleted after 30 days; until then they may still contain data you already deleted;
• security and platform logs (for example, that an account was deleted, without the email address): 12 months;
• to be able to restore a workspace closed for up to 30 days: a cryptographic hash of your email address, only for those 30 days;
• your email address is replaced everywhere it was stored (account, invitations, logs).
